Delicious Mexican bread. But make it LGBTQ+!

In this hands-on online class we’ll bake Conchas, the queen of Mexican breads, complete with a rainbow topping to celebrate Pride 2023.

If you have not had Conchas before, you’re in for a real treat! It's a soft bun covered with a crunchy topping that traditionally comes in vanilla or chocolate flavor. We usually have it with cinnamon infused coffee, hot chocolate or a glass of cold milk.

Our guests will need to have the dough ready when the class starts—I will send you detailed written and video instructions in advance.

No previous baking experience needed.
