Let's make Conos de Crema!
In this hands-on in person class we’ll bake Conos de Crema, a flaky Mexican pastry filled with a luscious pastry cream. When we are done making this Mexican cousin of Italian cannoli in a couple different flavors, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor with chocolate from Oaxaca or coffee from Chiapas.
No previous baking experience needed.

We will be baking together in my house workshop/kitchen. I live with 1 dog and 2 cats. While they will not be in the kitchen with us, this is their home. Please do not book this experience if animals make you uncomfortable or if you experience allergies around them. ✨
Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. A week before the experience, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
Refund policy for in person experiences
If you would like to cancel 7 days or more before your experience, I will issue a 90% refund.
1 to 7 days before your experience, I will be happy to reschedule for a different moment or exchange for online classes credit.
Less than 24 hours before your experience, no refunds will be available.
