2 Mexican desserts to feed a Christmas crowd 🎁

In this hands-on online class, the deal is simple: give me a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes of your time and we’ll make not 1 but 2 no bake, no mess desserts to feed 20+ guests for your Christmas or New Year celebrations. These 2 icons of Mexican home cooking are not only delicious but also super simple to make (second one I used to prepare as a teenager for our family Christmas celebrations).
First we got Carlota de limón, which is a dessert with cookies layered in between a smooth, luscious lime cream made in a blender. A quick, wonderful dessert for any dinner party honestly.
Secondly, there's Gelatina de cuadritos, a gelatin based dessert that screams holidays and packs a ton of flavor and textures: soft, creamy, crunchy, fruity, nutty; all in one bite.
You can watch live or catch the video recording which will be exceptionally shared the same day, right after the class happens in case you want to make these during the weekend for your Christmas party.
