I'll guide you through the process to get the soft crumb and crunchy crust that make these the signature breads of my hometown, Mexico City. Trying one still warm, right out of the oven, by itself or with your favorite sweet or savory fillings is, I think, an experience everyone should have at least once.

You will need to have the dough ready when the class starts—I will send you detailed written and video instructions in advance.

No previous baking experience needed.

2 hours video call, plus 1 hour resting and baking (approximately)

You will get access to the video recording of my Bolillos & Teleras class hosted live in November 2021 —my latest version of this recipe. The video is hosted in a private Facebook group (you will need a regular Facebook account to access).

Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. Within the next 12 hours, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class + Zoom link. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
