One last summer party before it's gone
In this cooking workshop we will make Chiles en Nogada, the national dish to celebrate Mexican Independence Day. My version, inspired by the original XIX Century recipe from Puebla, uses many ingredients as to achieve a great depth & complexity of flavors but is not too complicated to make at home wherever you are located.
A great excuse to learn different cooking techniques and also to host a Mexican party.
