We will revisit the classic Latin American cake by making an orange zest sponge cake, then we will make it moist with a Tequila or Mezcal (your call!) Tres Leches mixture, cover it with a lime zest cream cheese mousse and finally top it all off with your fresh tropical fruits of choice.

Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. Within the next 12 hours, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class + Zoom link. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
