A party of flavors and textures in every bite make this one of the signature dishes of my city (and possibly my favorite). This is a bread similar to a bolillo that is filled with potatoes and chorizo, coated with a chile guajillo adobo and then fried to get crispiness on the crust. Top with fresh lettuce, sour cream, queso fresco & salsa and you'll get Mexican heaven on a plate.
Perfect class to do as a family or friends fiesta for Sunday lunch. I will guide you step by step to make everything from scratch, from the bread to the salsa on top.

You will need to have the dough ready when the class starts—I will send you detailed written and video instructions in advance.

Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. Within the next 12 hours, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class + Zoom link. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
