Using my signature Conchas dough, we'll shape the buns, cover with a sweet rosemary topping and bake. While in the oven, this herb will deliver its aroma all over your bread (and your kitchen!). Later, when your Conchas are out of the oven, you can go share and change all your friends' minds about sweet and savory baking. 😼

You will need to have the dough ready when the class starts—I will send you detailed written and video instructions in advance.

1.5 hours video call, plus 1.5 hours resting and baking (approximately)
Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. Within the next 12 hours, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class + Zoom link. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
