The perfect winter treat!
Since these are not popular in Mexico, the first time I tried them they were homemade in my kitchen from a recipe found in an American cookbook. As I flipped the baking pan and the caramel, still warm, started oozing onto the tray where I would be serving them, leaving a messy, sticky & sweet layer on top, I knew I had found a very special bread. Many years have passed and now I am excited to share with you my take on these delicious, buttery rolls.

1.5 hours video call, plus 1 hour resting and baking (approximately)
Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. Within the next 12 hours, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class + Zoom link. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
