Also known as Bûche de Nöel, this is the celebrated French cake for Christmas, shaped as a log that is ready to go in the chimney.
We will make from scratch a chocolate sponge cake and roll it with your favorite jam + a mascarpone mousse as a filling. We'll also create chocolate decorations to go on top and add your fresh fruit of choice.

Once you complete your booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation email for your payment. Within the next 12 hours, you will receive a second email with all the details for your class + Zoom link. Please make sure to include in the notes all your guests' email addresses in case you are booking for more than one student.
