Lost in baking translation?

My online classes are always bilingual (English / Spanish). In order to ensure your baking success, most of my recipes have been tested with both Mexican and American ingredients. All of them have also been developed to work at different altitudes.

Private classes can be hosted in English, Spanish or French (or a mix!).

Eliceo is the best! You will not regret this experience. It felt special, unique, and magical. The pan dulce was delicious. As someone who is not savy in the kitchen I felt super confident with Eliceo's guidance. I can't wait to make some conchas with my family for Christmas!

Fantastic baking experience! We bake a lot at home, yet Eliceo taught us so much with his professional experience. He not only explained how to do each step of making conchas, but also the traditional or scientific reasons for why we did each step. He was very accommodating, as me and my boyfriend are both vegan.
